Tangy Mustard Vinaigrette

One of my favorite dressings in my pre-keto days was honey mustard.  I love the sweet-tangy combination and it’s something I missed after going keto so I played around a bit and came up with this great keto replacement that I think you’ll love, too.

Ingredients

1 cup avocado oil
3/4 cup unfiltered apple cider vinegar
4 Tbsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp celery seeds
Liquid Stevia drops to taste

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients and shake until ingredients are well incorporated. Taste it to see if there’s enough sweetener, you want this on the tangy, sweet/sour side. Shake well before each use.  Keep refrigerated.
