It’s frustrating to shop for spice blends and to realize how many have sugars and other fillers.  So frustrating that I developed some of my own seasoning blends and found others online. I hope you like them!

So you don’t have to scroll down to see what blends are on this page:  Seasoning salt, lemon pepper, Italian seasoning, poultry seasoning, taco seasoning, pumpkin pie spice mix, apple pie spice mix, barbecue rub, Cajun seasoning, curry powder, chili seasoning, Asian seasoning blend, Berbere (Ethiopian spice blend), garam masala, adobo seasoning, herb salt, and fish seasoning.  Whew!

These are all keto friendly and keep well in airtight glass containers.  Use each blend to taste.

Seasoning Salt

8 Tbsp salt
1/2 Tbsp onion powder
3 Tbsp pepper
1/2 Tbsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp paprika

Lemon Pepper

2 Tbsp lemon zest
3 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp salt

Italian Seasoning

1/4 cup dried basil
2 Tbsp dried thyme
2 Tbsp dried marjoram
2 Tbsp dried rosemary
2 Tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
2 Tbsp dried coriander

Poultry Seasoning

2 tsp sage
1 1/2 tsp thyme
1 tsp marjoram
3/4 tsp rosemary
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp black pepper

Taco Seasoning

6 tsp chili powder
4 1/2 tsp cumin
3 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 tsp garlic powder
5 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp oregano

Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix

1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp ground ginger
1/8 tsp ground cloves

Apple Pie Spice Mix

2 Tbsp ground cinnamon
1/2 Tbsp allspice
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp ginger

Barbecue Rub

1/2 cup xylitol
1/2 cup paprika
1 Tbsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder

Cajun Seasoning

2 1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp oregano
3/4 tsp thyme

Curry Powder

3 tsp turmeric
2 tsp coriander
1 1/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
3/4 tsp dried mustard
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp cloves
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Chili Seasoning

1/2 cup chili powder
1/4 cup garlic powder
3 Tbsp onion powder
1/4 cup oregano
2 Tbsp paprika
1/4 cup cumin
1 Tbsp thyme

Asian Seasoning Blend

1/4 cup onion powder
1/4 cup garlic powder
1/4 cup ground black pepper
2 tablespoons ground ginger
2 tablespoons red pepper flakes

Berbere (Ethiopian Spice)

1 cup red chili powder
1/2 cup paprika
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Garam Masala

1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 1/2 teaspoons ground coriander
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cardamom
1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Adobo Seasoning

2 tablespoons salt
1 tablespoon paprika
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon chili powder

Herb Salt

1/2 cup coarse sea salt (I especially love Celtic grey sea salt for this)
1/4 cup packed fresh rosemary leaves
1/4 cup packed fresh lemon thyme leaves
1 cup sea salt

Fish Seasoning

1 tablespoon dried basil
1 tablespoon dried crushed rosemary
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons sea salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
2 teaspoons ground dried sage
2 teaspoons dried thyme leaves
2 teaspoons dried marjoram leaves
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves
1 teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon garlic powder
