4 Tablespoons of butter
1 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
3 teaspoons dried minced onion
2 tablespoons cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
3 cups steamed and cooled riced cauliflower
1/4 cup tomato sauce, no sugar added
2 teaspoons cilantro, finely chopped


Place a large frying pan over medium low heat and add the butter.  Once the butter has melted, add the garlic powder, minced dried onion, cumin, salt, and pepper.  Mix well and gently sauté for 3 minutes.

Add the riced cauliflower and stir, making sure to combine the ingredients.  Allow the riced cauliflower to heat through.

Once the riced cauliflower and seasonings are heated, add the tomato sauce, again being sure to mix well.

Place in a serving dish and sprinkle with the chopped cilantro.  Enjoy!
